Please see below for some of our most frequently asked questions and information for your Wedding/Event!

We seek to provide a streamlined, stress-free musical experience, please make sure to review the following and provide us with the information needed to ensure that everything is ready for the big day.

What can I expect after booking?

We are so excited to be part of your big day! Once booked, we will send over our large music list and for Weddings we will send over our Vendor Form and request your Venue/Coordinator info. For Wedding Ceremonies we make a set list and usually play for Entrances, Exits, and any Special Moments. For any Background Music in Wedding Preludes, Cocktail Hours, Dinners, Events, etc we can play from a list or if you give us genres/artists you have in mind we can play from our book in that style.

We can also play requests outside our book as long as there is sheet music available and we have a short list of the most popular song options available upon request.

For Weddings we look to finalize the list one month out from the Wedding date.

Please note that during Wedding Season and on Weekends we may require 24-48 hrs for responses and music planning requests

How do I select my music?

We play both Set Lists for Weddings and Events and we play Background Music to set the ambiance and mood of an Event or Space. For Weddings, we typically make a Ceremony set list and play for Entrances and Exits. For any Background Music in Wedding Preludes, Cocktail Hours, Dinners, Events, etc we can play from a list or if you give us some genres/artists you have in mind we can play from our large music book in that style. We can also play requests as long as there is sheet music available and we have a short list of the most popular song options available upon request. Who will my musician(s) be?

We have a small roster of musicians available for your Weddings and Events, all our musicians have the highest levels of professional experience and have played for countless Weddings and Events. All our musicians play from our large music book and our Music Director works with the client and the musicians on every Wedding and Event to ensure the perfect musical experience.

How and when should I book?

We can book events that are weeks, months, or even years away - In order to hold your date and time on our calendar we ask for a deposit and the remaining balance can be paid up until the week of the Wedding/Event. We can send you an invoice for a credit card, check, or Zelle.

What do we require for set up?

We bring everything we need for our set up, all we require from the venue is one chair per musician (preferably without arms) and shade or an umbrella if performing outdoors in sunlight. We will arrive 30 minutes early and finish our set up 15 minutes before the start time. Please make sure to loop us in with your Coordinator or our Point of Contact for our arrival prior to the big day. Typically, the Coordinator or Point of Contact will show us where to set up, provide any cues needed for song timing, and provide information for load in, parking validation, and more.

If there is no additional Coordinator or Point of Contact, please provide us with that information prior to the Wedding/Event.

When will the musicians arrive?

We will arrive 30 minutes early and finish our set up 15 minutes before the start time. Please make sure to loop us in with your Coordinator or our Point of Contact upon arrival prior to the big day. Typically, the Coordinator or Point of Contact will show us where to set up, provide any cues needed for song timing, and provide information for load in, parking validation, and more. If there is no additional Coordinator or Point of Contact, please provide us with that information prior to the Wedding/Event.
